Thank you so much for booking with me and supporting my business. To keep my schedule running smoothly and to be fair to all clients, I have the following appointment policy in place: Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a $15 cancellation fee. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may still be subject to the cancellation fee. These policies are necessary because last-minute cancellations and late arrivals make it difficult to accommodate other clients and directly impact my small business. I understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
